Food & Beverage Trends: Champagne Tasting
Mary has worked for 20+ years as a Sommelier in upscale and award-winning restaurants across the country from Los Angeles and Beverly Hills to Nashville, Chicago and others, working to educate everyone about the art of the wine and food experience. In her role with Heidelberg, Mary works tirelessly to educate Heidelberg’s partners and consumers as well as the company’s internal teams of sales professionals and managers.
Mary has achieved certification as an Advanced Sommelier (Level III) through the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET III, CSW, CSS, CSP (Certified Sake Professional) and a CSWS (Certified Specialist of Sherry Wine).
