Sean Barger is the Executive Sous chef at Nationwide Arena with the Columbus Blue Jackets.  Over the 23 years he’s been cooking, Sean has worked with some of the most highly regarded Chefs in the Columbus area. He spent four and a half seasons at Ohio State with Levy Restaurants working closely with their Zero Waste program on donation, recycling, and composting to minimize waste generated at large events.
