Food and Beverage Trends: Patisserie Demo

Nacho average baker!!
Born in Torreon, Mexico, Nacho has always had a passion for baking and good food in general. In 2000, he opened Delice Chocolatier and Patisserie
alongside his wife, Susana. Nacho started as the store's manager but eventually moved to the kitchen to make treats alongside Susana. They later opened a second store in San Antonio, Texas, and have been working together making delicious cakes, pastries and chocolates ever since. In 2018,

Nacho competed in Season 4 of Spring Baking Championship. After some close calls and winning two challenges, Nacho managed to move to the final round. He impressed the judges and ultimately won the competition with a beautiful geode cake, earning the title of Spring Baking Champion. Since then, he has been a favorite judge in many shows including Cupcake Championship, Big Time Bake, Thanksgiving Pie Fight and most recently in February 2020,

Nacho returned to Food Network as a judge for Girl Scout Cookie Championship. In November 2020 he was a judge in the hit show Candy Land, where he encountered eye-popping themed sugar masterpieces with unique ingredients. Business Owner, father of five and experienced baker from traditional French baking techniques learned from his wife to incorporating his unique Latin roots, Nacho is as charismatic as his desserts are creative and sweet!
